Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies OIC-Executive Director Jeanette T. Damo presided over the oathtaking of the Institute’s very first cashier employee Mr. Junell S. Recacho held last 17 April. The ceremony was also witnessed by Deputy Executive Director and all ILS employees who warmly welcomed Recacho and the newly-created position as approved by the Department of Budget and Management.

MANILA – The new set of officers of the Institute for Labor Studies Employees Association (ILSEA), headed by President Bernard Paul M.
