We are hiring for the following vacant positions:

Item No. Administrative Assistant III (Secretary II [A]) for Office of the Executive Director
Salary Grade: 9
Basic Salary: ₱23,226.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00

Qualifications:
• Education: Completion of (2) years studies in college
• Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
• Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
• Career Service Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-Professional) / First Level Eligibility

General Duties:
The AA III is expected to assist and maintain the daily agenda of the Directors, maintain official records; and perform related work.

General Duties:
The LEO II is expected to undertake activities relating to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Division’s programs, projects and systems, and does related work pertaining to the advancement of decent work.

Item No. ILSB-LEO1-3-2010 for Advocacy and Publication Division
Salary Grade: 11
Basic Salary: ₱30,024.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: None
• Training: None
• Career Service Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility

General Duties:
The Labor and Employment Officer I undertakes activities concerning the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Division’s programs and projects relating to the promotion of better understanding of labor and employment issues, particularly through the publication of the results of the Institute’s researches and studies, and the effective organization and maintenance of its information resources.
