We are hiring for the following positions:

One (1) Labor and Employment Officer III

Salary Grade: 16
Basic Salary: ₱38,150.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00


  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree preferably in social sciences, economics, development studies, communications, industrial relations, and other related courses
  • Experience – One (1) year of relevant experience in technical writing and research
  • Training – Four (4) hours of relevant trainings
  • Career Service Eligibility – Professional  

General Duties:

The LEO III is expected to undertake activities relating to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Division’s programs, projects and systems, and does related work pertaining to the advancement of decent work.


  • Labor Policy Research: Implements the complete cycle of a research study;
  • Project Management: Supervises the implementation of the research project/program;
  • Networking and Partnership Building: Encourages participation and engagement within and outside unit/division;
  • Public communication: Communicates to stakeholders and partners through technical assistance/ consultation.
