Basic Salary: ₱59,153.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
• Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
• Career Service Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
General Duties:
The Senior Labor and Employment Officer recommends programs, projects and systems, and does related work pertaining to the advancement of decent work.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate policy advocacy events, including research conferences, validation forums, and stakeholder engagements;
• Prepare and disseminate research outputs and publications, including annual reports, working papers, newsletter, and journals;
• Produce publicity materials including social media content, audio-visual presentations (AVP) and promotional videos;
• Develop publication materials such as draft layouts, concept notes, and call for papers;
• Provide editorial and technical writing support for institutional outputs;
• Facilitate meetings with partner institutions and stakeholders; and
• Draft speeches, talking points, press releases, and official messages for senior officials.
