In light of this situation, the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) conducted a technical learning session (TLS) for its staff on Project Tracking and Monitoring Information System (PTMIS) last November 27 at the Management Information Resource Center (MIRC).
THE Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), the policy research and advocacy arm of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), will hold a policy forum on gender, employment, population and development entitled, “From challenges to dividends: Toward a new discourse on gender, employment, population and development,” on November 18, 2013 at The Bayleaf Hotel, Intramuros, Manila.
