Manila, PH – The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) successfully concluded a full-day workshop on Design Thinking last March 15 at the iLearn Conference Room of the ILS in Intramuros, Manila.
The event is an offshoot of the Introductory Workshop on Design Thinking held last February 9 at the Local Governance Learning Center in Intramuros, Manila. The event was attended by member representatives of the Inter-Agency Committee on Research and Statistical Matters (IAC-RSM).

The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) hosted the 1st Inter–Agency Committee on Research and Statistical Matters (IAC-RSM) last 17 March 2017 at the Labor Governance and Learning Center (LGLC), DOLE Building, Intramuros, Manila.
Assistant Secretary Alex Avila presided over the discussion of the respective agency’s proposed researches for 2017–2021, which were identified during the 2016 IAC-RSM Strategic Planning.
The Institute for Labor Studies organized a cost benefit and labor policy analyses workshop themed “Gateway Towards Evidence-Based Policy Evaluation on 21-24 March 2017 at the iLEARN Conference Room, 5th Floor DOLE Building, Gen. Luna St, Intramuros, Manila.
The workshop’s objective is to impart technical skills and knowledge necessary in performing cost-benefit and labor policy analysis to the participants, through the assistance of a labor policy expert.
