Tagaytay City, Cavite - The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) attends the Decent Work Country Programme Philippines 2020 to 2024 consultation workshop organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO), in partnership with the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, on April 4 to 5, 2024 in Tagaytay City, Cavite.

Manila - The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) is among the agencies under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) cited by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) for its compliance and exceptional performance in surpassing its targets during the conduct of the "annual and semi-annual monitoring and review of agency performance" particularly on the utilization of government funds vis-à-vis its plans and targets for the fiscal year 2023.

Manila - The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) - Gender and Development Committee held a forum on the care economy titled, "Care Has No Gender: Looking through the Spectrum of Care Economy", on 14 March 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the DOLE Command Center, 5/F Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Building, Intramuros, Manila, and Online via Zoom and Facebook Live.

Led by the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), an agency attached to DOLE, in partnership with the Bureau of Local Employment, the International Labour Organization (ILO), the multi-stakeholder consultations to update the National Green Jobs Human Resource Development (NGJ HRD) Plan 2023 to 2028 were held from March 18 to 19, 2024, at the Sheraton Manila Bay, Malate, Manila.
