Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) joins the Department of Labor and Employment family as one of the key members of the Technical Working Group created through Administrative Order No. 264, s. 2022 in preparation for the Philippine hosting of the 27th ASEAN Labor Ministers’ Meeting (ALMM) and Related Meetings in Manila from October 25 to 29.
Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) employees underwent a training on R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA)” last 11-14 October 2022, 1:00- 5:00 p.m. via zoom as conducted by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB).
Manila – National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) Deputy Executive Director IV Jeanette T. Damo is named as the Officer-in-Charge Executive Director III of the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) effective October 17, 2022 by virtue of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) issued Administrative Order No. 314.
Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies, recently hosted a “Learning Session on Survey Sampling Methods for Hard-to-Reach Populations” last September 19 via the Zoom platform. The event was successfully led by the ILS Gender and Development Committee in partnership with Babaylanes, Inc.
