Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies OIC-Executive Director Jeanette T. Damo presided over the oathtaking of the Institute’s very first cashier employee Mr. Junell S. Recacho held last 17 April. The ceremony was also witnessed by Deputy Executive Director and all ILS employees who warmly welcomed Recacho and the newly-created position as approved by the Department of Budget and Management.

Recacho had 13 years of experience in the private sector before entering government work.

The management also congratulated the newly-promoted employees this April, namely, Ms. Frances Camille G. Dumalaog, from Senior Labor and Employment Officer (LEO) to Supervising LEO; and Ms. Athena Mari E. Son, and Ms. Arianne Ishreen C. Bucar, both LEO III to Senior LEO.
