In further support of the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) remote work arrangement, the Institute, through its Advocacy and Publications Divisions (APD), conducted a technical learning session for its employees on “Office 365 for Remote Work Arrangement” via Microsoft Teams video conference session held last June 01.

The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) maintained the implementation of its work-from-home (WFH) work scheme for its employees as per ILS Administrative Order 2020-36 from16-31 May 2020.

The Institute for Labor Studies Human Resources Management Personnel Selection Board (HRMPSB), chaired by Acting Deputy Executive Director Patrick Patriwirawan, Jr., reviewed its Recruitment, Selection and Placement process via Zoom meeting last May 20.

The Institute for Labor Studies has created a one-page Freedom of Information (FOI) manual in compliance with FOI-Memorandum Circular No. 01, s.2020 or the “FOI Guidelines in the Development of a One-Page FOI Manual.”

Employees of the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) participated in the online Rapid Assessment Survey conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) this month of May on the implementation of Alternative Work Arrangements (AWAs), adopted by agencies depending on the prevailing community quarantine and the nature of job/work performed by the officials and employees.
