The activity is part of the annually implemented Moral Renewal Program of ILS as directed under the Administrative Order issued by the Office of the President. As defined in the AO, moral renewal refers to values formation and ethical behavior for government officers and employees, as well as the strengthening of people’s values to achieve zero tolerance for corruption.
