Description:
As a widely-used analytical tool, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) offers a framework for assessing the economic efficiency of various policies, programs, and projects. By meticulously identifying the costs and benefits associated with a certain policy/program/project, and consequently evaluating whether the benefits outweigh costs (hence, presence of a net benefit), conducting a CBA ultimately redounds to optimal resource allocation.
Description:
The Round Table Discussion and Writeshop on the Rapid Assessment of Program Implementation in Selected DOLE Regional Offices aims to: (1) present the initial results of the rapid assessment to the program managers; and (2) conduct a writeshop to validate and solicit recommendations from the program managers.
