The paper seeks to assess the overall gender and labor condition in the country by looking at the gains and achievement the Philippines has made in pursuing gender fairness, the old and new gender economic disparities and gaps between male and female workers. The overall research framework is anchored on the principles of gender equality in the workplace by reducing if not eliminating inequalities and discrimination at work.
