Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies welcomed eight (8) new interns last February 24, 2022 conducted via Zoom.
The following students from Adamson University have been assigned at the Finance and Administrative Division: Gerald Paterick Pablico, Aaron Jay Lagmay, Juan Miguel Padilla, Krizia Mae Joy Ordonez, Julia Angela Saldivar, Mary Christine Villaverde. Meanwhile, Cynthia Villaruel of Rizal Technological University has been assigned at the Labor and Social Relations Research Division, and John Daniel Dinio of the University of the Philippines has been assigned at the Information Technology unit of the Advocacy and Publications Division.
The ILS INTERNi program is a training ground for students who stand to pursue a career in public policy research and development work.
At ILS, student interns / on-the-job trainees are given a chance to learn and participate in the various online projects, fora and advocacies, along with administrative, finance, human resources duties, graphic design and IT support services.
