Manila – Institute for Labor Studies’ Senior Labor and Employment Officer Ms. Tecelyn B. Maramag, JD was among the 1,800 successful examinees of the 2018 Bar Examinations result released last May 3, 2019.
Ms. Maramag joined the Institute in 2015 as part of the Advocacy and Publications Division (APD). Her 2017 research titled, “Legislative Analysis of the NLRC Appeal Bill” was presented during the 6th DOLE Research Conference in 2017.
In 2018, prior to availing the Department of Labor and Employment’s Educational Scholarship Program, she briefly joined the Institute’s Labor and Social Relations Research Division (LSRRD) where she authored the research titled, “Policy Analysis on the Issuance of Work Permit for Children in the Theatre Industry Based on RA 9231” and presented the study to all stakeholders during a validation forum last May 2018.
Ms. Maramag graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Communications degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the College of Law of the San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila in October 2017.
