Consistent with the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) commitment to excellence, the ILS has sent two of its senior level employees to the Supervisory Development Course Track 1 of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) held last 18-21 April 2017 at the CSC-NCR Training Room, in Kaliraya Street, Quezon City.

Completing the said four-day supervisory training were Ms. Joyce Anne S. Lumactud and Ms. Celia V. Cabadonga of the Labor and Social Relations Research Division.

This course is purposely designed and developed for first-line supervisors and serves as an enabling tool towards the employee’s understanding of themselves and their career, to handling responsibilities, becoming better leaders, and learning essential communication processes.
