Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies retains its ISO 9001:2008 Certification for 2017 after it passed its first surveillance audit conducted by representatives from AJA Registrars, Inc. last December 18 at the iLearn Conference Room in Intramuros, Manila.
All process owners were interviewed by AJA Registrars, Inc. Lead Auditor Mercy Flores for this surveillance audit, particularly, OIC – Deputy Executive Director Atty. Mary Grace L. Riguer who is also the Quality Management Representative (QMR) for the Institute, together with Bernard Paul M. Mangulabnan from the Employees Research Division and also the Team Leader for ILS’ internal auditing team. Ms. Flores congratulated the Institute for having zero audit findings for 2017 and immediately recommended the ILS to retain its ISO 9001:2008 Certified status.
