Manila – Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies was recently awarded its ISO 9001:2015 re-certification by SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. (formerly AJA Registrars Inc.) last September 22. SOCOTEC completed the conduct of the Institute’s external audit, conducted remotely last July 22.

The e-copy of the ISO Certificate was awarded together with a message from the external audit team congratulating the ILS in its efforts in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015.

At the end of the audit, SOCOTEC Lead Auditor Ringo Pabua announced that the ILS has no major non-conformity findings and that the ISO culture is well-embraced by the organization, noting also ILS’ continuing drive to improve its processes including its pro-active responses to the COVID-19 pandemic as admirable.

The certification is valid until July 23, 2024.
