The Institute for Labor Studies Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee deliberated on the nominations it received under the PRAISE award categories for Model Employees or “Huwarang Lingkod Kawani” for CY 2019 last January 15.

Nominations were received for the following categories: “Best Supervisor/Manager” (Natatanging Gabay Award) for acting division chief, chief, or director level;    “Best Researcher” (Natatanging Mananaliksik Award) for employees conducting labor policy research and technical assistance support and advocacy projects; and “Best Strategic Support Employee” (Natatanging Stratehikong Kaagapay Kawani Award) for ILS employees providing support services in the attainment of ILS mandate.

The nominees were evaluated according to the following criteria: a) extraordinary accomplishment; b) High performance result with significant impact; c) innovations; d) cost efficiency; and e) upright moral character.

The Committee is set to release the result of the said deliberation through a resolution.
