Employees of the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) participated in the online Rapid Assessment Survey conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) this month of May on the implementation of Alternative Work Arrangements (AWAs), adopted by agencies depending on the prevailing community quarantine and the nature of job/work performed by the officials and employees.
The results of the survey are aimed at informing the CSC policy formulation and other purposes relative to the work arrangements in the public sector.
With the new Administrative Code of 1987 (EO 292), CSC is constitutionally mandated to promote morale, efficiency, integrity, responsiveness, and progressiveness in the civil service.
