The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) marks the Pride Month Celebration in the country with a showcase of talents of its employees, featured as an activity of their 2016 Team Building held on June 16-17 in Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
The Pride Month celebration is an annual global observance of the long years of struggle for diversity, inclusion and equality led by lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender individuals (LGBTQ) and their allies.
