The Institute for Labor Studies fulfilled one of the key agreements in the Article V, Section 7 of the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) and Institute for Labor Studies – Employees Association (ILSEA) Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) 2019-2022, granting all its employees, including outsourced personnel, an annual premier silver membership under the Philippine Red Cross Membership Program in the amount of three hundred Pesos (₱300.00).

The Administrative Order (AO) No. 37, s. 2020 signed by Executive Director Ahmma Charisma Lobrin-Satumba, detailed that the said membership will serve as supplementary insurance in the performance of ILS employees and outsourced personnel of their duties and responsibilities which includes, but not limited to, frequent travels during conduct of fieldwork, attendance to meetings, conferences, seminars, and activities as part of research cycle, data gathering, and validation workshops.

It is also deemed the most economical travel and accidental insurance that covers reimbursable benefits such as accidental death, disablement and dismemberment, unprovoked murder and assault, accidental medical reimbursement, accidental burial assistance and daily hospital allowance for a maximum of sixty (60) days.

The AO took effect on May 15, 2020 and until the expiration of abovementioned CNA in 2022.
