Manila – The Institute for Labor Studies has conducted its Annual Quality Manual Review (QMR) from 23 May-30 May at the iLearn Conference Room, Intramuros Manila.

Spearheading the said activity is ILS OIC – Deputy Executive Director Brenalyn Peji who is also the Quality Management Representative (QMR) for the Institute, together with Bernard Paul M. Mangulabnan from the Employees Research Division, as the Team Leader for ILS’ internal.

All process owners from the various divisions of the ILS reviewed existing documentation, and created new documentation for new processes that were adapted.

The annual review is in line with the implementation of the established Control of Documents and Control of Records process of the Institute under its ISO 9001:2008 certification which was awarded by AJA Registrars in 2016.
