Quezon City - The Institute for Labor Studies remains among the attached agencies of the Department of Labor and Employment, which received a hundred percent compliance to transparency seal requirements since the 1st quarter audit conducted by FMS last May 2024.

ILS posted 25 of 25 reports and attained 100% transparency seal compliance status as of May 17, 2024.  ILS was able to comply with the following: (1) the agency’s mandates and functions, including pertinent contact information of officials, (2) approved agency budget and corresponding targets based on FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA),  (3) Targets (APP), (4) Annual Procurement Plan, (5) Programs, Activities and Projects (PAPs), (6) Status of of Implementation, evaluation, or assessment reports of PAPs, (7) Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFARs) and FY 2023 Continuing Appropriations, (8) People's Freedom of Information (FOI), (9) Agency's policy on the Establishment and Conduct of the Agency Review and Compliance of Statement of Asset, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) for FY 2024.

ILS management ensures the consistent delivery of quality services and compliance with all government-mandated reviews and policies. The next schedule of online monitoring for the 3rd Quarter will be on September 23-27, 2024.
