Manila – Civil Service Commission (CSC) Director Tonette Arriola awarded a Certificate of Recognition to the Institute for Labor Studies for achieving Maturity Level 2 of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) during the Institute’s Year-End Planning Assessment last December 19 at The Bayleaf Hotel in Intramuros, Manila.
Present to receive the recognition was Executive Director Ahmma Charisma Lobrin-Satumba who made special mention of the efforts made by the team of Acting Deputy Executive Director Patrick Patriwirawan Jr., Division Chief Camilo Franco S. Cabusas, HR Officer Yumi L Baluyut, and HR Assistant Arvin Jae Sanchez.
Under PRIME-HRM, the CSC assesses the maturity level of an agency’s competencies, systems, and practices in four HR systems: (1) recruitment, selection, and placement; (2) learning and development; (3) performance management; and (4) rewards and recognition.
