2022 ILSEA Officers sworn into office thumbnail full image

Manila – The newly-elected officers of the Institute for Labor Studies-Employees Association (ILS-EA) took their oath of association in the presence of all union members and ILS Executive Director Ahmma Charisma Lobrin-Satumba and Deputy Executive Director Atty. Mary Grace L. Riguer-Teodosio last April 4, 2022, via Zoom.

ILS-EA is the sole and exclusive employees’ union of the Institute for Labor Studies.

Based on the results of the General Elections held last March 15, the new ILS-EA officers-elect won by majority and will serve for 2022 as follows: Advocacy and Publications Division (APD) Labor and Employment Officer III Marc Raphael A. Peñaredondo as President, WWRD Senior LEO Malorie Joy O. Mones as Vice-President, Workers Welfare Research Division (WWRD) Senior LEO Frances Camille G. Dumalaog as Secretary, Finance and Administration Division (FAD) Management Audit Analyst II Isabel G. Mediavillo as Treasurer, FAD Planning Officer Levie F. Mariano, Jr. as Bookkeeper, FAD Supply Officer Almira Joy P. Coronel as Auditor, and WWRD Senior LEO Raymond R. Estrella as Public Relations Officer.

Mr. Mike Velar C. Leonardo is the Permanent ILSEA Representative for First-Level Employees and Athena Marie R. Son is the Permanent ILSEA Representative for Second-Level Employees.

This was the first elections and oath taking after ILS-EA amended its constitution and by-laws earlier this year. The elected Executive Board will serve their term for one year.
