The paper situates alternative modes of entry as efficient modes of migration as overseas employment and Movement of Natural Persons (MNP) within the context of trade in services. As it elaborates on the three alternative modes of entry, it also offers policy options in managing the movement of young Filipinos who opt to be working as tourists, au pairs, and overseas students including future similar mobility arrangements.
