The Philippines is one of the largest sending countries of migrant workers in the  world. The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is one of the agencies that is mandated to ensure the protection of OFWs, particularly in ensuring the receiving countries have policy in placed to protect the overseas workers particularly the deemed vulnerable, which include household service workers. This Forum focused on the POEA’s welfare program on household service worker.
