The Management Review assessed the effectiveness of the Institute’s Quality Management System (QMS) and its continued compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. QMS Committee Leads and Process Owners participated in the activity, presenting updates on the implementation, performance, and improvement of the Institute’s processes.
Discussions focused on key areas of its QMS including audit results, customer feedback, resource adequacy, supplier performance, document control, organizational risks and the implementation of actions from previous reviews.
As part of its preparations for the 2nd Surveillance Audit in July 2026, the ILS earlier conducted its 1st Internal Quality Audit for Fiscal Year 2026 from 11 May to 01 June 2026.
