QUEZON CITY – The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) has been recognized by the Government Procurement Policy Board-Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) for complying with government procurement requirements, earning a place in the Positive List of Procurement Monitoring Report (PMR)-Compliant Procuring Entities for the Fiscal Year 2025 Second Semester.

The recognition underscores the Institute’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible management of public funds. Procuring entities included in the Positive List have successfully met the reporting requirements prescribed under GPPB Circular No. 02, series of 2020, which supports procurement monitoring and good governance across government agencies.

In its notice, the GPPB-TSO commended the Institute for fulfilling its public procurement reporting obligations and highlighted the role of government agencies in strengthening accountability and enhancing the integrity of public procurement process.

"This recognition is encouraging for the Institute. It affirms our continuing efforts to uphold transparency and accountability in the way we carry out our responsibilities as a government agency," said ILS Executive Director III Jeanette T. Damo.
