The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), through Executive Director Ahmma Charisma Lobrin-Satumba, received a congratulatory letter from Department of Budget and Management Undersecretary Laura B. Pascua on March 31 for having successfully complied with the FY 2018 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) requirements and qualifying for the grant of the bonus.

Attached with the letter was the summary of the final Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) assessment and the Institute’s FY 2018 Agency Scorecard.

“More than the grant of the performance-based bonus (PBB), we hope that the Results-Based Performance Management System (RBPMS) including its initiative on Streamlining and Process Improvement of Critical Services significantly contributed to strengthening your agency's performance in efficiently providing public services,” emphasized Usec. Pascua who also chairs AO 25 Technical Working Group.

As required in the completion of the PBB process, the Institute has published the FY 2018 Agency Scorecard in its official website www.ils.dole.gov.ph and has coordinated closely with the AO 25 Technical Secretariat for the finalization of the said report cards.

The Institute has reiterated its commitment to continue efforts in accelerating procurement and timely utilization of approved budgets to properly support its operations and delivery of high-quality services.
