The Institute for Labor Studies sent Supervising Administrative Officer Benita A Cortez and Administrative Officer Yumi L. Baluyut to the “Seminar Workshop on HRD Policies and Programs for the New Human Resource Management Officers (HRMO) and HRMO-Designate” on 14-18 August 2017at The Bayleaf Hotel in Governor’s Drive, General Trias, Cavite.

The DOLE Human Resource Development Service organized the said training in recognition of the crucial role that HRMOs and HRMO-Designates play in the implementation of Human Resources Policies Program and Systems such as the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Employee Welfare and Benefits, Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (L & D), Rewards and Recognition (R & R), and the Rules on the Disposition of Administrative Complaints and Cases under A.O. No. 55 Series of 2013. The seminar-workshop included sessions on employee welfare, attendance monitoring, employee discipline, and payroll monitoring.
