The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) maintained the implementation of its work-from-home (WFH) work scheme for its employees as per ILS Administrative Order 2020-36 from16-31 May 2020.

The Administrative Order (AO) No. 20, s. 2020 signed by Executive Director Ahmma Charisma Lobrin-Satumba on May 14, detailed that this was in view of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 36 implementing a modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR), the province of Laguna, and Cebu City starting 16 May 2020 and Civil Service Memorandum Circular 2020-10 or the Revised Interim Guidelines for Alternative Work Arrangements and Support Mechanisms for Workers in the Government During the Period of State of National Emergency due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

The AO also cited that after the said period, guidelines will be issued on work arrangement and performance monitoring depending on the announcements that will be made by the IATF or the CSC on government operations.
