Manila – Institute for Labor Studies Accountant II Jessa Rodene B. Francisco was recently recognized by the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) for the effective and efficient implementation of the new GSIS Memorandum Circular No. 40-2022. The new MC targets the inclusion of the loan remittances in the validation and matching done in their Electronic Billing and Collection System (EBCS) online platform.

The recognition was given to Ms. Francisco, “for her commendable effort in facilitating the timely remittance of loan repayments to the GSIS in accordance with the validation and matching rules in the EBCS.”

“As a result, collection of 96.24% of billed loan amounts was achieved for due month May 2022, the initial month of implementation.”
