We are hiring for the following position:

(1) Administrative Assistant III (Bookkeeper) (SG 9) [Republication]
Item Nos. ILSB-ADAS3-4-2004
Basic Salary: P17,975.00 + PERA: P2,000.00

Qualifications:

  • Education – Completion of 2 years studies in college, preferably in accounting or graduate of 2-year course relevant to the job
  • Experience – One (1) year of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Training – Four (4) hours of relevant trainings
  • Career Service Eligibility – Sub-Professional

General Duties:

The Administrative Assistant III is expected to assist the Accountant in the analysis and review of financial data and other accounting reports before consolidation, and does related work.

Competencies:

  • Accounting: Delivers bookkeeping and accounting functions;
  • Budgeting: Provides logistical assistance in budget preparations;
  • Records management: Maintains filing system on finance matters

Basic Salary: P45,269.00 + PERA: P2,000.00

Qualifications:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience – Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Training – Eight (8) hours of relevant training
  • Career Service Eligibility –Professional

General Duties:

The Senior Labor and Employment Officer is expected to recommend programs, projects and systems, and does related work pertaining to the advancement of decent work.

Competencies:

  • Leadership and Management: Builds a sense of commitment to a common goal among individuals and utilizes interventions to help close the gaps or improve competencies of staff to achieve goal;
  • Strategic Planning: Appreciates the value of strategic planning and prepares proposal for small activity;
  • Labor Policy Research: Implements the complete cycle of a research study;
  • Project Management: Supervises the implementation of the research project/program;
  • Networking and Partnership Building: Builds broad partnerships and collaboration outside ILS;
  • Public communication: Communicates to stakeholders and partners through technical assistance/ consultation.

The Administrative Assistant III is expected to provide IT support services to employees and ensures the security, integrity, accessibility, and resiliency of ICT resources through the conduct of regular maintenance of these resources; and does related work.

Competencies:

  • IT Service Management: Provides IT services to employees such as installation and configuration of hardware and software systems, maintenance, repair and trouble-shooting of IT equipment and network issues;
  • Database Management: Establishes data dictionary and standards for naming conventions;
  • Computer Network Administration: Setups and configures basic network topology (network cabling);
  • Web Administration: Ensures website availability and accessibility.
